Ingredients

  • 4 medium
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch dressing mix, buttermilk recipe
  • 1-1/2 c
    crispy panko bread crumbs
  • 2 medium
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 gal
    size food storage bag

How to Make DOWN ON THE RANCH CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch buttermilk dressing mix and the panko bread crumbs. Place mixture in a one-gallon food storage bag.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the egg and place it in the storage bag. Seal bag.
  4. Shake the bag until all the chicken breasts are evenly coated and then carefully remove them from the bag.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on parchment paper on a baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50-55 minutes or until tender.
