Ingredients For down on the ranch chicken

    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch dressing mix, buttermilk recipe
  • 1-1/2 c
    crispy panko bread crumbs
  • 2 md
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 gal
    size food storage bag

How To Make down on the ranch chicken

  • Mixing ranch dressing and bread crumbs

    In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch buttermilk dressing mix and the panko bread crumbs. Place mixture in a one-gallon food storage bag.
  • Beating eggs

    In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  • Dipping chicken in eggs

    Dip each chicken breast in the egg and place it in the storage bag. Seal bag.
  • Shaking chicken in bag with bread crumbs and ranch dressing mix

    Shake the bag until all the chicken breasts are evenly coated and then carefully remove them from the bag.
  • Chicken has been dipped in bread crumb mixture

    Place the coated chicken breasts on parchment paper on a baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50-55 minutes or until tender.
