Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix, buttermilk recipe
- 1-1/2 cup crispy panko bread crumbs
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 1 gallon size food storage bag
How To Make down on the ranch chicken

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch buttermilk dressing mix and the panko bread crumbs. Place mixture in a one-gallon food storage bag.

Step 2In a small bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.

Step 3Dip each chicken breast in the egg and place it in the storage bag. Seal bag.

Step 4Shake the bag until all the chicken breasts are evenly coated and then carefully remove them from the bag.

Step 5Place the coated chicken breasts on parchment paper on a baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50-55 minutes or until tender.
