Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (i like the low sodium but you can use regular too)
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
How To Make do-it-all marinade

Step 1Whisk ingredients together and pour over meat. Let marinate for at least 5 hours.

Step 2Remove meat and discard marinade. Pat dry and cook as desired.
