Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cups pickle brine
- 2 cloves garlic whole
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
How To Make dill pickle chicken

Step 1Place chicken in a large bowl. Pour the pickle brine over the top make sure the chicken pieces are submerged. Add the whole garlic cloves and place in fridge overnight or at least 8 hours.

Step 2Remove the chicken from the brine and discard the brine. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Fry or bake in oven at 425 degrees until chicken is done.

Step 3Top with chopped pickles and fresh dill for serving.
