Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders (about 10 or 12 tenders)
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- - mccormick's seasoning salt
- - garlic powder
- - 1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - monterrey jack cheese for topping
How To Make dijon chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 derees. Spray a 9/13 baking dish with cooking spray. Liberally sprinkle chicken tenders with seasoning salt and garlic powder on both sides of chicken. Let chicken set for 1 hour. Generously spread dijon on both sides of chicken. Place bread crumbs in dish and add Parmesan cheese. Generously coat with bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once during cooking. The last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle Monterrey Jack cheese over chicken and let melt.
