How to Make Dijon Bacon Wrapped Chicken
- Combine honey, Dijon, mayo, and onion powder in a bowl.
Take 1/2 of the sauce and refrigerate it.
- Coat the chicken in the other 1/2 of the sauce. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Take chicken out of the fridge and wrap with bacon. I lay the bacon out first in a X pattern then place the chicken in the middle UPSIDE DOWN. Wrap the bacon around the chicken and flip over. Secure bacon is necessary.
- Bake for 30 – 35 min or until 160 F internally. Enjoy.
