jus came up with this recipe today... it is baking as i type...smells so good oh so ya know...all spices i use come from "The spice house.com"..an online spice place...check it out it is awesome

Ingredients
- 10 - chicken thighs
- - sink of salted water
- 2/3 cup dried chedar cheese powder[spice house]
- 1 tablespoon dried horseradish powder[spice house]
- 1 teaspoon dried green onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried scallion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced dry onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried celery leaves ... crushed
- 1 tablespoon smoked paparika[spice house]

Step 1put chicken in sink with salt water let there be enough water so all pieces can easily move around

Step 2in gallon pastic bag put all spices except paparika... draim sink add chicken .. shake to coat well

Step 3spray 2 cookie sheets wirh olive oil cooking spray divid chicken skin side up on both pans refrigerate at least 1 hour.... up to overnight would be ok

Step 4preheat oven to 350.... remove chicken from fridge...evenly sprinkle paparika over chicken then spray chicken with the olive oil spray bake for 25 minutes... flip eat piece of chicken over[can add more paparika if u want]bake 25 miutes more.. turn oven up to 425... remove chicken from ovem and flip again[skin side up] once oven is up to temp put chicken back in oven and cook 5-15 minutes more til it is extra crisp... then enjoy... this is would be great cold and on a picnic!!!
