had the veggies that needed to be used.... but how... several hrs later i had this recipe... the cool thing bout this any veggies can be used.. what i have listed is what i used the first time i made this

- 1-2 pound chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 tablespoon soul seasoning
- - i had bout 6 pounds all together of these veggies... white potato,sweet potato,broccolli flowettes,red bell pepper,yellow onion,huboard squash, summer squash,zuchhinni squash,carrot,frsh mushrooms,garlic cloves,
- 1/2 cup low salt soy sauce

Step 1while heating up lg fry pan with oil and margarine, cut chicken tenders into bit size pieces... sprinkle with soul seasoning

Step 2fry tenders in batchess will well browned set aside

Step 3i grated all the veggies except the brocolli,bell peppers and mushrooms... broccolli i broke into small pieces,pepper chopped small and mushrooms i bought sliced i broke them up some

Step 4mix all veggies in lg bowl have oil that chicken was browned in hot again add veggies...... cook and stir 10-12 min maybe longer til all veggies tender....

Step 5once all veggies tender add chicken stir well..... than add soy sauce mix and stir bout 5 more minutes... and serve
