- provolone cheese
How to Make Diana's Salsa Chicken
- 1Melt butter in large skillet, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt & add chicken breast to the skillett. Cook until no longer pink.
- 2Once chicken is done, pour the jar of salsa on top of the chicken, turn down heat, and let simmer. After about 10 minutes turn the chicken over & let the other side simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
- 3Next add a slice of provolone cheese to each piece of chicken....remove from heat & serve when cheese has melted.
