4 largeboneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tspgarlic salt
1 jar(s)salsa, chunky
1 smallpat of butter
4 sliceprovolone cheese
How to Make Diana's Salsa Chicken
- Melt butter in large skillet, sprinkle chicken with garlic salt & add chicken breast to the skillett. Cook until no longer pink.
- Once chicken is done, pour the jar of salsa on top of the chicken, turn down heat, and let simmer. After about 10 minutes turn the chicken over & let the other side simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
- Next add a slice of provolone cheese to each piece of chicken....remove from heat & serve when cheese has melted.
