Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, 6 ounces, boneless and skinless
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon splenda
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 - minced garlic cloves
- 6 - green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Step 1Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

Step 2Lightly toss with cornstarch in bag to coat.

Step 3Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned.

Step 4Add soy sauce, vinegar, splenda and water.

Step 5Cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
