Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, 6 ounces, boneless and skinless
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon splenda
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 - minced garlic cloves
  • 6 - green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce, light
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Step 2
    Lightly toss with cornstarch in bag to coat.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned.
  • Step 4
    Add soy sauce, vinegar, splenda and water.
  • Step 5
    Cover and cook 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Step 6
    Add green onions and cayenne; cook uncovered about 2 minutes longer.
