Found this recipe many years ago on the internet. It is reputed to be a celebration of farmers along the Eastern Shore at harvest time. It is wonderfully easy and oh, so tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 - whole chicken, cut up
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 - ears corn
- 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 400F

Step 2In bowl, stir together melted butter, mustard, vinegar, thyyme, salt and cayenne pepper.

Step 3Brush corn and chicken thoroughly with the butter mixture.

Step 4Arrange chicken in one layer in a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Leave uncovered. Set corn in another baking dish, cover with aluminum foil. Bake both one hour.
