Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon pimento, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make deluxe chicken supper

Step 1Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.

Step 2Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble.

Step 3Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in bacon dripping until tender.

Step 4Do not brown.

Step 5Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl.

Step 6Add chicken, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon milk, bacon and sauteed vegetables; mix well.

Step 7Turn into a 2 quart greased casserole.

Step 8Combine biscuit mix, eggs, 1/2 cup milk, pimentos and cheese; mix until just blended.

Step 9Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture.

Step 10Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
