Delicious Homemade Fried Rice
5 Tbspvegetable oil or peanut oil
1 cchopped green onions, include tops
4 ccold cooked rice
2 Tbspchicken broth
3 Tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tspblack pepper
2 tspsesame oil
How to Make Delicious Homemade Fried Rice
- Cook rice ahead of time so it is cold for making this dish. Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp salt in small bowl. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Pour in beaten eggs, stirring continuously until eggs are cooked dry and separated into small pieces. Remove and set aside.
- Heat 3 Tbsp oil in wok or skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add green onions, rice and meat(cooked shrimp or cooked chicken). Stir fry 5 minutes, add chicken broth, 1/4 tsp salt and soy sauce. Stir to mix well.
- Stir in cooked eggs, pepper and sesame oil. The Sesame oil really gives it the restaurant taste, try not to skip it. Serve hot and enjoy
