  • 1 lb
    boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 large
    sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb
    fresh mushrooms
  • 2 medium
    green bell peppers

How to Make Delicious Chicken Kabobs


  1. Sprinkle meat with garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Marinate in soy sauce and olive oil for several hours.
  2. Thread meat alternately with vegetables on skewers.
  3. Broil or grill on Medium-high, close to heat 7-9 minutes on each side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve over long grain & wild rice, couscous, or with warm tortillas or wraps.
