Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 2 medium green bell peppers

How To Make delicious chicken kabobs

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle meat with garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Marinate in soy sauce and olive oil for several hours.
  • Step 2
    Thread meat alternately with vegetables on skewers.
  • Step 3
    Broil or grill on Medium-high, close to heat 7-9 minutes on each side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • Step 4
    Serve over long grain & wild rice, couscous, or with warm tortillas or wraps.
