Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large sweet onion, cut into chunks
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 medium green bell peppers
How To Make delicious chicken kabobs

Step 1Sprinkle meat with garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Marinate in soy sauce and olive oil for several hours.

Step 2Thread meat alternately with vegetables on skewers.

Step 3Broil or grill on Medium-high, close to heat 7-9 minutes on each side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Step 4Serve over long grain & wild rice, couscous, or with warm tortillas or wraps.
