1/4 colive oil
1 pkg1 ounces) onion soup mix
1 can(s)(16 ounce) stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)(12 ounce) stems and pieces mushrooms
How to Make Delicious Chicken Cutlets
- Bake cutlets in a casserole dish with oil and salt at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
The cutlets will be golden brown.
Remove cutlets from oven.
- Pour remaining ingredients into a large bowl; stir together, then pour into casserole.
- Place cooked meat on top of mixture; cover dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
Cover with aluminum foil.
