Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken cutlets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package 1 ounces) onion soup mix
- 1 can (16 ounce) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (12 ounce) stems and pieces mushrooms
How To Make delicious chicken cutlets

Step 1Bake cutlets in a casserole dish with oil and salt at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. The cutlets will be golden brown. Remove cutlets from oven.

Step 2Pour remaining ingredients into a large bowl; stir together, then pour into casserole.

Step 3Place cooked meat on top of mixture; cover dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Cover with aluminum foil.
