How to Make Deep Fried Chix Tenders, onion rings&sweet pot frie
- For the chicken tenders. Cut the chicken into the size you want (I got whole boneless breast and cut them into long strips it's cheaper than the tenders and you can cut out the fat etc) Place the cut chicken into a zip lock bag with butter milk and some sriracha (hot sauce of you choice) and let it hang out in the fridge over night
- I put an wire rack on a cookie sheet to drain the food on a paper towel. Put the oven on warm and keep the chicken warm. (remove the paper towels first
- in a zip lock plastic bag add flour, corn meal pimenton and salt and pepper. When the oil is hot add a few onions to the bag and shake.
