Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless -thawed
  • 1 medium
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    veggie oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning

How to Make Danica's Chicken Nuggets

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix Milk and eggs together in a medium size bowl, Trim fat chicken off chicken then cut into medium sized nuggets about the size of a silver dollar. Put nuggets in milk bath and soak for at least 2 minutes
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour, black pepper, crushed red pepper and Poultry seasoning until well blended. put oil in frying pan and heat to a medium/ low heat. transfer chicken to the flower a little at a time and completely cover chicken in flour mixture then place in heated oil.
  3. Fry chicken until golden brown and repeat step 2 until all the chicken is cooked
