1Mix Milk and eggs together in a medium size bowl, Trim fat chicken off chicken then cut into medium sized nuggets about the size of a silver dollar. Put nuggets in milk bath and soak for at least 2 minutes
2In a separate bowl mix flour, black pepper, crushed red pepper and Poultry seasoning until well blended. put oil in frying pan and heat to a medium/ low heat. transfer chicken to the flower a little at a time and completely cover chicken in flour mixture then place in heated oil.
3Fry chicken until golden brown and repeat step 2 until all the chicken is cooked
