My husband made this a while back. it is so Good.

Ingredients

  • 8
    chicken breast
  • 15 oz
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    real bacon bits
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red onon
  • 1/2
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 can(s)
    drained spinach

How to Make DAD"S STUFFED CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350*


    Coating-flour,bread crumbs, lemon pepper, sesame seed
    In bowl-Sesame oil,bacon bit(real),crushed garlic, cheddar cheese,diced red onions, spinach drained.
    Sauce pan can cream of chicken soup.
  2. Pound chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
    Coat chicken breast then fill each chicken breast leave 1/2inch border to seal the edge of each chicken breast. cook seam side down.
    Spoon 1/2 the cream of chicken soup
  3. Put in preheated oven for 60min.
    Put on platter cut in half pour remainder of soup, squeeze lime and serve.
