  • 1 c
    miracle whip
  • 2 Tbsp
    mango chutney
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh tarragon
  • 3 c
    cubed chicken
  • 1/2 c
    pecan pieces
  • 3/4 c
    crushed pineapple (drained)

How to Make Curry Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. First, combine all ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. ENJOY on a sandwich with spinach and tomato, or on some yummy Ritz crackers.
