  • 1 bunch
    broccoli chopped or about 20 oz frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Curry Chicken and Broccoli


  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. Place broccoli in bottom of greased casserole dish. Top with chicken.
  3. Combine soup, lemon juice, curry powder, and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and butter over all. Bake for 30 minutes or until broccoli is desired tenderness.
