I made this for a quick dinner with my two sisters. It was a hit. It is spicy enough so no need for extra peppers or hotsauce. The accompanied beverage can be chilled coconut water.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 - habanero pepper, fresh
- 1 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons curry
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 small cabbage, quartered
How To Make curried chicken

Step 1Cut chickn breast into 2 inch cubes. Set aside. Using a chopper, chop together, onions, habenero, green onion, garlic, cumin and half the curry. Mix with chicken. Cover and marinade for about 1 hour.

Step 2Heat 2 tablespoon of canola oil. Brown chicken for 4 minutes on each side. Add peeled and diced potatoes, cabbage and 1 cup of water with the balance of curry. Simmer at medium-low for about 1 hour.

Step 3Serve with steamed rice or boiled green bananas.
