1 corange juice
1/4 clemon juice
1/4 colive oil
1 can(s)chopped green chilies( 4ozs.)
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspground cumin
1/4 tspground red pepper
4bone in skin on chicken breast halves
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Cuban Citrus Chicken
- Combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, green chilies, garlic, oregano, cumin, red pepper and salt to taste in a resealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken; seal bag. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours, turning occasionally.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat (300-350 degrees)
- Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken bone side up on grill rack. Grill for 25 - 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink turning once.
