This is a great dish to cook for a family occasion. Just enough spice and heat. My family loves this dish. I took it to a friend's home for a pot luck and it was gone in a few minutes. I guess that next time I'll make a double batch!

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 can chopped green chilies( 4ozs.)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oregno
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 4 - bone in skin on chicken breast halves
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cuban citrus chicken

Step 1Combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, green chilies, garlic, oregano, cumin, red pepper and salt to taste in a resealable plastic bag.

Step 2Add chicken; seal bag. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 3Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat (300-350 degrees)

Step 4Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken bone side up on grill rack. Grill for 25 - 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink turning once.
