I love this recipe! It was passed from my grandmother, YOU CAN ALSO ADD DIFFERENT HERBS TO CHANGE THE TASTE, LIKE 1/2 TEASPOON OF DRIED HERBS SUCH AS ROSEMARY OR SAGE INTO MELTED BUTTER MIXTURE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 6 - boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup butter,melted

How To Make crusted parmesan baked chicken

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 375 combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley,pepper and salt in shallow bowl; set aside.
  • Step 2
    combine butter and garlic in a 9-inch pan . Dip 1 chicken at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture , turning to coat evenly . Place chicken breast on ungreased baking pan . Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
  • Step 3
    bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear
