Crusted Chicken Parmesan
I like to serve these tender and juicy chicken breasts with wild rice and garlic green beans.
3-4boneless chicken breasts
·seasoning salt (i use a mixture with pinches of sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne, ground allspice, crushed red pepper and paprika)
2 Tbspbutter, melted (preferably organic)
1/4 cpanko bread crumbs
1/4 cparmesan, grated
