How to Make Crunchy Onion Chicken
- Wash chicken breasts; set aside. Place french fried onions in a resealable bag and crush. Pour into a pie dish.
- Mix melted butter, worcestershire, mustard and pepper in another pie dish. Dip chicken breasts first in butter mix, then coat both sides with onions.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour remaning butter mix on top. Top with leftover onions, if desired. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
