Ingredients

- - 1 tbsp lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- - 1 tbsp celery salt
- - ½ tbsp paprika
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 tbsp salt
- - dash pepper
- - 2½ lb chicken pieces
- - 1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
How To Make crunchy fried chicken

Step 1Combine first 8 ingredients. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is tender and browned. Serves 4
