Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs( i like panko)
- 4 - chicken breasts, cut into strips, boneless and skinless
- - fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make crunchy chicken dijon

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Lightly oil heavy baking sheet.

Step 3Whisk together dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic and tarragon in small bowl.

Step 4Place bread crumbs in a pie pan.

Step 5Season chicken with salt and pepper, then spread mustard mixture over both sides of chicken.

Step 6Dip chicken into bread crumbs, turning to coat completely.

Step 7Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.

Step 8Bake until chicken is cooked through and crumb coating is golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Step 9Garnish chicken with parsley for serving, if desired.
