    chicken tenderloins or breasts
  • 2 c
    ritz or other buttery cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 c

How to Make Crunchy Chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 350. blend all ingredients, except chicken and oleo (butter) together.
  2. Melt oleo (butter). Dip chicken in butter and then in cracker mixture. Arrange in shallow pan.
  3. Pour remaining butter over chicken and bake 1 hour. Do not turn chicken
