Ingredients For crunchy chicken

  • 6
    chicken tenderloins or breasts
  • 2 c
    ritz or other buttery cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    oleo

How To Make crunchy chicken

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. blend all ingredients, except chicken and oleo (butter) together.
  • 2
    Melt oleo (butter). Dip chicken in butter and then in cracker mixture. Arrange in shallow pan.

    Pour remaining butter over chicken and bake 1 hour. Do not turn chicken
