How to Make Crunchy Baked Chicken
- Roll each piece of chicken in the melted butter, then cornflakes.
- Place in greased baking pan. Dribble any remaining butter over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil the last 30 minutes of baking.
