How to Make Crunchy Baked Chicken


  1. Roll each piece of chicken in the melted butter, then cornflakes.
  2. Place in greased baking pan. Dribble any remaining butter over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil the last 30 minutes of baking.
