melted butter
1 1/2 c
crushed cornflakes
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

How to Make Crunchy Baked Chicken


  • 1Roll each piece of chicken in the melted butter, then cornflakes.
  • 2Place in greased baking pan. Dribble any remaining butter over the chicken.
  • 3Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • 4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil the last 30 minutes of baking.
