Ingredients

  • 2 c
    chicken, cooked
  • 2 c
    rice, cooked and hot
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice concentrate
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    slivered almonds toasted

How to Make Crowd Pleasing Chicken and Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all except slivered almonds and mix well. Toast almonds and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
