It is fun to make this chicken recipe. For one thing it is easy and the flavors are so delicious. I got this recipe from a friend years ago and I got a request from my husband to make this again so I did and wanted to share with you. We eat a lot of chicken recipes in our family and this is a perfect dish. Excuse these pictures my camera was acting up.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1, 8 ounces can croissant dinner rolls
  • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (italian)

How To Make croissant chicken rolled in italian seasoning

  • Step 1
    Cook your chicken breast and dice.
  • Step 2
    Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onions. Spoon 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each separated dough. Pull corners of dough to the top. Brush butter over each croissant and roll in bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes and serve when hot.
