crockpot turkey & stuffing ( or chicken )
By far the best turkey & stuffing I have ever made. Chicken is also very good ! You can really use any type of stuffing mix that you like. There are all sorts of varieties out there. For cheese, I usually use mozzarella, provolone, or jack – but again, you could also use a cheese with a stronger flavor like swiss.

Ingredients
- 4 large turkey or chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( i used cream of celery not a mushroom fan)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 slices cheese - on mild side ( i used mild provolone)
- 1 box stuffing mix, chicken
How To Make crockpot turkey & stuffing ( or chicken )

Step 1In a 6-quart oval crock pot place your chicken or turkey breast along the bottom in a single layer. Add chicken broth and then top each breast with one slice of cheese.

Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together cream soups and milk. Add on top of chicken/Turkey and cheese.

Step 3Top with box of stuffing mix.

Step 4Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or High for 4 hrs. Or until chicken/Turkey is completely done. Each crock pot time varies as well

Step 5Serve with you choice of side. We usually serve this with green beans or broccoli and I get around 8 servings out of the pot, cutting the breasts in half - 6-8 servings when I shred it
