Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked or leftover chicken
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup [10 3/4 ounce can]
- 1 cup diced green and /or red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chicken broth {lower fat]
- 1 can sliced mushrooms,drained [4 ounces]
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter,melted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Step 1Combine all ingredients in crockpot

Step 2stir to coat evenly

Step 3Cover;cook on LOW about 6-10 hours OR on high about 3-4 hours

Step 4Every crockpot brand cooks differantly,some cook faster than others.This receipe is based on this as far as cooking times.

Step 5Cook about 8 ounces of wide noodles as on package directions.Drain well. Serve receipe over noodles.
