I got this recipe from a good friend in Tennessee..She makes it at least twice a month and changes the vegetables that she uses. I have only tried it this way and my family loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken tthighes, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound bag of frozen asian stir fry vegetables
  • 2 cups baby carrots, halved
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

How To Make crockpot teriyaki chicken stew

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken, vegetables, broth, and six Tablespoons of teriayki sauce in a crockpot. Cook on high two and a half hours or low for 5 hours.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining teriyaki sauce with the corn starch . Stir into the crockpot and cook an additional 30 minutes or until broccoli is cooked and sauce thickens.
  • Step 3
    Serve over rice
