How To Make crockpot rosemary thyme chicken
-
Step 1Wash chicken and stuff onion in cavity. Give chicken a massage with olive oil.
-
Step 2Combine rosemary and thyme and rub underneath breast skin. Sprinkle onion powder over chicken along with a little extra rosemary and thyme. Salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
-
Step 3Cook in crockpot on low until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees, or until done. Crockpots vary somewhat, I would guess at least 6 hours. Check for doneness.
