So easy and DELICIOUS,you can add whatever beans you prefer,and serve it over tortillas,cooked rice,or pasta.SO GOOD!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 - boneless,skinless chicken breasts{frozen or fresh}
  • 1 jar your favorite salsa
  • 1 jar drained black beans
  • 1 package frozen corn {large}
  • 8 ounce packages cream cheese,at room temperature

How To Make crockpot creamy mexican chicken

  • Step 1
    Place all the above ingredients in your CROCKPOT.
  • Step 2
    Cook on "LOW"about 6 hours or until chicken is done.
  • Step 3
    Turn CROCKPOT OFF!
  • Step 4
    Place the bar of the cream cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    Allow to melt with lid on,about twenty minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve over tortillas,noodles,rice,toasted crusty bread,etc..
  • Step 7
    SO EASY and SO good!!!!!!!
