your favorite salsa

drained black beans
1 pkg
frozen corn {large}
8 ounce pkg
cream cheese,at room temperature

How to Make Crockpot Creamy Mexican Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all the above ingredients in your CROCKPOT.
  • 2Cook on "LOW"about 6 hours or until chicken is done.
  • 3Turn CROCKPOT OFF!
  • 4Place the bar of the cream cheese on top.
  • 5Allow to melt with lid on,about twenty minutes.
  • 6Serve over tortillas,noodles,rice,toasted crusty bread,etc..
  • 7SO EASY and SO good!!!!!!!
