How To Make crockpot creamy chicken

Step 1

Place chicken in crockpot.

Step 2

Mix soup and dressing mix together and pour on top of chicken.
Step 3

Cube cream cheese and throw it in on top of chicken.
Step 4

Cook on low 4-6 hours.
