Ingredients
- 3 - chicken thighs
- 3 - chicken drumsticks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 - bag frozen broccoli *
- 1/3 - bag frozen stir fry veggies *
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic (or more if you like)
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 6 - servings of cooked egg noodles
How To Make crockpot chicken with tomatoes

Step 1* Can substitute other veggies to your liking. Can also use other cuts of chicken. I had gotten whole chicken leg quarters on sale, then cut them up into thighs & drumsticks.

Step 2Lightly spray a 6 1/2 quart crock pot. Place thawed chicken in bottom.

Step 3Add frozen veggies. Add mushroom soup, then the seasonings. Top with tomatoes.

Step 4Cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Step 5Serve with cooked egg noodles.
