    chicken thighs

    chicken drumsticks
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced stewed tomatoes
  • 1/3
    bag frozen broccoli *
  • 1/3
    bag frozen stir fry veggies *
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    garlic (or more if you like)
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 6
    servings of cooked egg noodles

How to Make Crockpot Chicken with Tomatoes


  1. * Can substitute other veggies to your liking. Can also use other cuts of chicken. I had gotten whole chicken leg quarters on sale, then cut them up into thighs & drumsticks.
  2. Lightly spray a 6 1/2 quart crock pot. Place thawed chicken in bottom.
  3. Add frozen veggies. Add mushroom soup, then the seasonings. Top with tomatoes.
  4. Cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  5. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
