Method:
Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    minute rice

How to Make Crockpot Chicken and Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, and soup to crockpot, season with salt and pepper. I cooked this for 4 hrs in the crockpot, then added the rice at the last. Cooked about another 15 minutes for rice to get done, stirring every once in a while till it is done to your liking. Turned off the Crock and let it set 5 minutes more. Or turn to warm if your crockpot has that. You could cook this longer if you are going to be gone, say 6 or 8 hours and add rice when you get home. Serve...very tasty...
  2. Crockpots are different so adjust times to your Crockpot...
