crockpot chicken and herb dumplings

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, powdered
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, powdered
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/2 cup white wine, dry (optional)
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh and chopped
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 10 small white onions
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make crockpot chicken and herb dumplings

Step 1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place in crockpot.

Step 2Insert cloves in one onion; put all onions into pot.

Step 3Add garlic, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf and wine; cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.

Step 4Remove bay leaf and cloves.

Step 5Stir in sour cream.

Step 6Increase heat to high and combine biscuit mix with parsley.

Step 7Stir milk into biscuit mix until well moistened.

Step 8Drop dumplings from teaspoon around edge of pot.

Step 9Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
