Ingredients

  • 16 ounces tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 package succotash, frozen
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - cloves, ground
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

How To Make crockpot brunswick stew

  • Step 1
    In crockpot, stir together undrained tomatoes and tomato paste.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken, frozen succotash, onion, bay leaf, salt, rosemary, pepper and cloves.
  • Step 3
    Stir in chicken broth.
  • Step 4
    Cover; cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Step 5
    Before serving, remove bay leaf and stir well.
