Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 3 c
    chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 pkg
    succotash, frozen
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    cloves, ground
  • 2.5 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed

How to Make Crockpot Brunswick Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. In crockpot, stir together undrained tomatoes and tomato paste.
  2. Add chicken, frozen succotash, onion, bay leaf, salt, rosemary, pepper and cloves.
  3. Stir in chicken broth.
  4. Cover; cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Before serving, remove bay leaf and stir well.
