Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- rice, for serving
- green onions, for garnish
How To Make crock pot teriyaki chicken

Step 1Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger together. Pour over the chicken and cook about 5 hours on low.

Step 2Mix the water and cornstarch together and stir into the slow cooker. Cook another 1/2 hour.

Step 3Serve over the rice and garnish with green onions.
