Ingredients

  • 4-6
    boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 c
    medium salsa
  • 1 can(s)
    campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans, drained
  • ·
    optional - sliced onions and bell peppers
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Layer chicken in crock pot.
  2. Chop veggies and place over chicken. Add black beans.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine soup, salsa, and taco seasoning. Pour over chicken and veggies.
  4. Cook on High for 6 hours. With 30 minutes remaining, shred chicken with a fork in crock pot and stir in sour cream. Cover mixture with cheese and cook remainder of time.
  5. Serve over rice, as fajitas, or on nachos.
