Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 c
medium salsa
1 can(s)
campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
8 oz
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 can(s)
black beans, drained
optional - sliced onions and bell peppers
8 oz
sour cream

How to Make Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Layer chicken in crock pot.
  • 2Chop veggies and place over chicken. Add black beans.
  • 3In mixing bowl, combine soup, salsa, and taco seasoning. Pour over chicken and veggies.
  • 4Cook on High for 6 hours. With 30 minutes remaining, shred chicken with a fork in crock pot and stir in sour cream. Cover mixture with cheese and cook remainder of time.
  • 5Serve over rice, as fajitas, or on nachos.
