Ingredients
- 4-6 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups medium salsa
- 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 8 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- - optional - sliced onions and bell peppers
- 8 ounces sour cream
How To Make crock pot salsa chicken

Step 1Layer chicken in crock pot.

Step 2Chop veggies and place over chicken. Add black beans.

Step 3In mixing bowl, combine soup, salsa, and taco seasoning. Pour over chicken and veggies.

Step 4Cook on High for 6 hours. With 30 minutes remaining, shred chicken with a fork in crock pot and stir in sour cream. Cover mixture with cheese and cook remainder of time.

Step 5Serve over rice, as fajitas, or on nachos.
