this is one of my favorite meals that my uncle cooks for all of us sometime the whole family with have a meal together and he would bring this

Ingredients

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into chunks
1/3 c
flour
olive oil
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp
ketchup
1/2 c
frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c
water
4 Tbsp
brown sugar

How to Make Crock Pot Orange Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1in a bowl, mix the orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, ketchup and water, set aside.
  • 2pour the flour in a small bowl. cover the chicken breast chunks in flour and shake off the excess.
  • 3pour a small amount of olive oil in a skillet and brown the flour covered chicken.
  • 4the chicken doesn't need to be fully cooked since its going in the crock pot.
  • 5after the chicken is done browning, put the pieces into the crock pot.
  • 6then cover the chicken with the sauce mixture and give it a stir.
  • 7cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
