This is a simple dish that is good over pasta or rice. You can also use low-fat soup and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 1-oz pkg
    chicken gravy
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 10 oz
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese

How to Make Crock Pot Mushroom Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Put chicken in crock-pot. Sprinkle gravy mix on top. Pour soup over that, then pour wine over that. Cook on low all day or about 6 hours.
  2. 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese. When ready to serve, remove chicken and whisk the sauce together. Serve over pasta or rice.
