Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size chunks
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 6 cups garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 each red and orange bell pepper cored seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 scallions chopped
- fresh cilantro leaves
- rice or rice noodles for serving
How To Make crock pot manchurian chicken

Step 1Place cornstarch and pepper in a large baggie. Add the chicken and shake to coat well. Add oil to large skillet. Brown the chicken on all sides then transfer chicken to crock pot.

Step 2Top the chicken with the onion. mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, chili garlic paste, tomato paste, vinegar, garlic brown sugar and ginger together. Pour over chicken.

Step 3Cook on low for about 4 hours. Add the bell pepper and cook another 30 minutes. Serve over rice or rice noodles. Garnish with green onions and cilantro
