Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hash brown potatoes, shredded, frozen
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup
  • 1 can french fried onions, divided

How To Make crock pot hash brown casserole

  • Step 1
    Spray inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or line with reynolds slow cooker liners.
  • Step 2
    Add soups & milk; whisk until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Stir in potatoes & 1/2 the onions, until well mixed.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with remaining onions.
  • Step 5
    Cover & cook on HIGH 3 1/2 hours or LOW 6 - 7 hours. Serve warm.
