crock pot dump chicken
I found this recipe on the Internet. It was posted by a cook who found the recipe on Facebook. There are a series of these 'Dump Chicken' recipes on Facebook. This one is called 'Honey Sesame'...Lots of other cooks have tried these 'chicken dump' recipes and loved them! I thought it was okay considering the amount of effort involved. So I thought I'd post it here and let you decide! I added my photo.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds - i used 1 tbls. pure sesame oil instead
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic-crushed
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken - any kind...thighs, cutlets, wings, etc
- I ENDED UP ADDING 1 TSP. OF SALT...IT REALLY NEEDED IT

Step 1Here's where this recipe got its name! You just mix everything together, in a zip lock bag and refridgerate overnight. Then when your ready to cook it, just dump the entire contents of the zip lock bag into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours!
