Ingredients
- CORNBREAD
- 1 3/4 cups cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- DRESSING
- 1 - 10" pan of cornbread(recipe above)
- 1 - tube town house butter flavor crackers
- 4 - eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 teaspoons sage
- 1 1/2 cans chicken broth
- 2-3 - chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make crock pot dressing

Step 1Mix all of the cornbread ingredients. pour into a greased 10" skillet. Bake at 425* for 25 minutes

Step 2Break cornbread and crush crackers.

Step 3Mix together all ingredients except margarine or butter,

Step 4Pour mixture into crock pot and dot with butter.

Step 5Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours
