Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    pound boneless skinless chicken, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian salad dressing
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    water (i add chicken bouillon)
  • 1 medium
    yellow or white onion, diced
  • 4
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 4
    large carrots, chopped
  • 4
    potatoes, chopped

How to Make Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Pour water in bottom of crock pot, then add the chicken; drizzle melted butter over chicken and sprinkle with dry Italian dressing, stir well.
  2. Add in chopped vegetables, stir again.
  3. Cook on high 5-6 hours.
  4. 30-45 minutes before done, mix soup and cream cheese (I melt in microwave for a few minutes to combine until smooth).
  5. Add mixture to crock pot, stirring well, and continue cooking on low for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
