Ingredients
- 1 pound pound boneless skinless chicken, cut up
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package dry italian salad dressing
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup water (i add chicken bouillon)
- 1 medium yellow or white onion, diced
- 4 - celery stalks, chopped
- 4 - large carrots, chopped
- 4 - potatoes, chopped
How To Make crock pot cream cheese chicken

Step 1Pour water in bottom of crock pot, then add the chicken; drizzle melted butter over chicken and sprinkle with dry Italian dressing, stir well.

Step 2Add in chopped vegetables, stir again.

Step 3Cook on high 5-6 hours.

Step 430-45 minutes before done, mix soup and cream cheese (I melt in microwave for a few minutes to combine until smooth).

Step 5Add mixture to crock pot, stirring well, and continue cooking on low for 30-45 minutes.
